My clients do not have to deplete their scarce funds to pay for my services. I take my compensation in shares.

My stake depends on two factors: the value of the company and the amount of work required of me. The range is 1% to 10% but, typically, I end up with 3% to 5% at launch. The terms are agreed shortly after I start my work.

Subsidies are sometimes available for my consulting services and I are happy to accept them.
